1. Is this a full-time job?

The opportunity is designed for people who want to earn additional income with flexible availability.
DeliveryOne operates between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM, but this does not mean you have to work from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
We use scheduled shifts, so you can indicate the days and times you are available.
2. Can I choose my working hours?
Yes, to a certain extent.
When you apply, you can tell us the days and times you are available.
You may only be available in the mornings, afternoons, during lunchtime, on weekends, or for a few hours on certain days.
We match driver availability with our operational needs.
You do not have to be available all day.
3. Do I have to drive at night?
If you are only comfortable driving during daylight hours, simply let us know your availability.
We have different delivery periods throughout the day, although available shifts depend on our operational needs.
4. Can I choose where I deliver?
You can tell us which areas you are most comfortable serving.
Our current food-delivery coverage extends from Salisbury to Soufriere, with significant delivery activity around Roseau and surrounding areas.
However, we cannot guarantee that every delivery will remain within one specific area.
Assignments are based on customer orders, delivery locations and driver availability.
5. How does the pay work?
Drivers are paid per completed delivery, rather than by the hour.
Rates vary depending on the delivery distance.
Shorter deliveries around Roseau start at approximately $6.50, while deliveries involving greater distances have higher rates.
Your total earnings depend on the number and type of deliveries you complete during your scheduled availability.
6. What about the cost of gas?
We understand that fuel costs are an important consideration for drivers.
Drivers using their own vehicles are responsible for their fuel and normal vehicle operating expenses.
Because delivery rates vary according to distance, longer deliveries have higher delivery rates.
We encourage you to consider your vehicle's fuel efficiency and the areas you are comfortable serving when deciding whether the opportunity works for you.
7. How many deliveries can I expect?
Delivery volume varies throughout the day.
Some periods are busier than others, and there may be times when you are waiting for an assignment.
We therefore do not guarantee a specific number of deliveries per hour or per shift.
This opportunity is best suited to someone looking for flexible additional income, rather than a guaranteed hourly wage
8. Do I get paid by the hour?
No.
The driver opportunity is based primarily on payment per completed delivery.
Your earnings are connected to the deliveries you complete rather than simply the number of hours you are available.
9. Is it only food delivery?
No.
DeliveryOne handles more than restaurant food.
Depending on operational needs, drivers may be assigned:

10. Do I need my own vehicle?

11. Do I need previous delivery experience?

12. Do I have to work every day?

Your availability will be discussed during the recruitment process.

13. Is there a guaranteed amount I will earn?
No.
Because drivers are paid per delivery, earnings depend on:

14. What if I am only available for a few hours?
That's okay.
You do not need to be available for the entire operating day.

We will determine whether those hours fit our current delivery needs.
