What is included in the Free Trial Period?

The DeliveryOne Free Trial period includes a 14 day free trial during which Corporate Customers are able to submit up to 5 orders per delivery day.

Delivery days will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday (where there is no Public Holiday).

Corporate customers will be allowed to:

Utilize the Corporate Delivery Product  up to 3 times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with a limit of not more than 5 deliveries on each day.

Will I be billed after the trial ends?

Accepted Answer

No.

When the trial period has ended you will be notified and offered a plan. You won't be charged unless you manually enter a delivery order after the trial period.

Once you activate a full account, you will billed and charged monthly.

Question 3

What is the timeframe for completing deliveries?

Accepted Answer

All deliveries will be completed on the delivery day - Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Deliveries are scheduled for 11:30a.m. to 2:30p.m.

Where deliveries are required outside the normal scheduled delivery, out-of-schedule delivery charges will apply. This will be assigned during submission of the order.

What is the timeframe for submission of deliveries?

Orders must be submitted by 10a.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

All orders submitted after 10a.m. will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery day.

Where deliveries are urgent, and outside the delivery days, these will not qualify for the free trial and will be charged at the out of schedule rate. This will be assigned during submission of the order.

During signup, we ask for your name, address, company and cell phone number to verify your identity. This reduces redundant accounts and fraudulent use on production infrastructure.

No action is needed to cancel the DeliveryOne Free Trial, because it automatically ends after the trial period of 14 days.

You can still reinstate service, and recover resources and data you stored on the platform during the trial period.

Yes, without a free trial account, you can still explore the DeliveryOne platform and learn about cloud management tools, products, and quickstart solutions.

You may choose to register a business account and assign the credentials to 1 employee and possibly one additional employee for business continuity.

Access to credentials must be securely stored to reduce instances where the submission of orders cannot be traced.
